Breaking Barriers Learning is committed to creating safe, welcoming spaces for children, young people and adults. Concerns about safety or wellbeing should be raised with the charity as soon as possible by email.
Privacy
Personal information should be collected only when needed to provide support, communicate about activities or meet legal responsibilities. Information should be handled carefully and not shared unnecessarily.
Accessibility
The charity aims to make its sessions, activities and communications accessible. People are encouraged to share access needs so reasonable adjustments can be considered.
Complaints and feedback
Feedback helps improve services. Complaints, compliments or concerns can be sent to the charity email and will be treated respectfully.
